		<description>I have described this to a detail/data obsessed friend as "Butterfly Collecting", because in his case what he was doing was killing something beautiful in order to quantify, classify and ultimately understand it. His mode was to pin things to boards, but in the process, kill the ephermal thing which moved him in the first place.</description>
